Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the Bay of Islands on a dolphin watching cruise, and also hiked to Russell for stunning views. The new rooms were comfy, and the staff was super friendly. We appreciated the early check-in and that parking was available, which is a rarity in this area.

The only downside was some temperature issues with the shower. it was tough to get the right setting, and water spilled over making the floor slippery.

Consider requesting a room away from the stairwell to ensure a quieter stay.

Lekker comfy room with a balcony for a sundowner and chillin'. Location is sharp-sharp, close to shops and the wharf—easy stroll. Good WiFi made it easy to binge some shows on Netflix!

Dated furniture and towels changed every second day.

The staff were very lovely and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was quite dated and showed significant signs of wear and tear. For example, the bathroom had temperature fluctuations in the shower that were not only concerning but also made each showering experience quite uncomfortable. the towels provided were frayed and much smaller than expected, leaving us feeling quite unsatisfied with the amenities during our stay.

Really enjoyed the cozy king studio and the location was spot on for sightseeing. WiFi worked great!

The hotel had a fantastic location within easy walking distance to local attractions, making it convenient for our adventures. The modern design of the room was refreshing, with high-quality furnishings that added a luxurious touch to our stay. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, which further elevated our experience. The garden view from our room was an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy the serene landscape during our downtime.
